Data Collection

PriceSignal collects no personal data by default. Optional price reporting sends price observations only after you enable contribution.

• Price reporting: product key, merchant domain, price, visible product URL, and pricing signals such as scarcity or urgency.
• Repeat visit detection: timestamps stored in Chrome extension storage, not in websites.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No names, emails, addresses, payment details, cookies, or account identifiers
• No full page HTML and no website localStorage writes
• No external analytics or tracking pixels

Local Scoring

PriceSignal performs price-signal scoring locally in the browser using a bundled or live model file.

Your Controls

You can clear stored extension data at any time from chrome://extensions by selecting PriceSignal and clearing extension storage.
